Trainer – Human Capital Management

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Trainer with a solid background in Human Capital Management (HCM) to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee growth and organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs and workshops.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to enhance employee performance and skill development.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare management reports.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align training with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, HR, or related roles.
• Demonstrated background in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
