About the role

Microchip Technology is seeking a Technician II – Hardware to join its team of engineers and technicians. The role focuses on isolating, analyzing, and repairing probe cards and related hardware components that support the company’s semiconductor products.

Key responsibilities

• Isolate and diagnose faults in probe cards and associated hardware.
• Perform hands‑on repair and refurbishment of hardware components.
• Document repair procedures and outcomes.
• Travel up to 25 % of the time to support field sites as needed.

Required profile

• Technical course graduate (e.g., electronics, engineering technology).
• Minimum two years of experience in hardware repair or a similar technical field.
