About the role
The Technical Support Associate – WCC (Pooling) will join Foundever’s on‑site support team in Mandaluyong City. You will be responsible for delivering technical and warranty assistance for a range of hardware products, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate solutions through multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for processors, motherboards, servers, and networking products.
- Handle warranty inquiries and resolve related issues.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, maintaining high service standards.
