About the role
Join Foundever as a Technical Support 1 specialist, providing technical and warranty assistance for hardware products. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues related to processors, motherboards, servers, and networking equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware issues for processors, motherboards, servers, and networking products.
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation of support cases.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, providing step‑by‑step guidance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems when necessary.
Required profile
- Strong interest in hardware technologies and customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail‑oriented approach to documenting support interactions.
