TCS Specialist – Technical Contact Standardization

About the role

The TCS Specialist will join the Services Operations team to ensure technical contact information is accurate, consistent, and compliant. You will help drive standardisation across deliverables, support process documentation, and relieve senior staff by handling repeatable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Technical Contact Standardisation (TCS) reviews to verify accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Validate, update, and maintain technical contact records and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and document best practices.
• Create and improve process templates, guides, and knowledge resources.
• Assist project coordination by tracking deliverables, maintaining schedules, and preparing status updates.
• Identify gaps in processes and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide operational support for senior team members by managing recurring administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in operations support, documentation management, quality assurance, compliance, or project coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities with a focus on detail, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation.
