Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales & Marketing

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Sales and Marketing functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with line managers and HR Business Partners, and act as a trusted Talent Advisor delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for hard‑to‑fill Sales and Marketing roles across specialist, supervisory, managerial and niche levels.
• Partner with business leaders to define talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage interview, assessment, salary analysis and offer processes.
• Build and maintain talent pools using multiple sourcing channels and provide market insights to improve hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, employment laws and data‑protection regulations throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods or retail, with a strong track record hiring Sales and Marketing talent.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days onsite in Rockwell, Makati).

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
