Talent Acquisition Specialist – French Speaking (Canada Region)

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting the Canada/Quebec region. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, partner with line managers and HR Business Partners, and act as a trusted Talent Advisor while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for volume, hard‑to‑fill and bilingual positions, including strategic alignment, sourcing, interviewing, salary analysis and offer management.
• Partner with Talent Management to align pipelines with succession planning and provide market insights.
• Promote Nestlé’s employer brand, maintain regular communication with candidates, and gather feedback to improve the process.
• Drive continuous‑improvement projects (White/Yellow Belt) and act as a subject‑matter expert for recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, employment laws and data‑protection regulations throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a multinational CPG/FMCG environment.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) to support the Canada/Quebec market.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedule and hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite).
• Proven stakeholder‑management and project‑implementation expertise.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (Applicant Tracking System) proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
