About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive – Sourcing and Branding will join Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. in Pasig City, supporting the company’s recruitment function for its healthcare BPO operations. The role combines employer branding, marketing activities and candidate sourcing to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote the employer brand to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Execute sourcing strategies across various channels to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct pre‑screening interviews and assist in candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support marketing initiatives related to recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong interest in human resources, recruitment and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Willingness to start as soon as possible and engage in continuous learning.
