Senior Recruiter – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

RunRemote is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter based in the Philippines to join its fully remote team. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles across our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on the ATS, job boards and work‑from‑home groups.
• Proactively source high‑calibre candidates across multiple specialisations.
• Screen candidates, assess expertise and suitability, and progress qualified profiles to interview stages.
• Conduct initial and screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with stakeholders.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and conduct reference checks.
• Negotiate salary ranges, prepare offer letters and support post‑hiring onboarding.
• Maintain and clean the job pipeline within the ATS for accurate tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• At least two years in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Strong technical recruitment background.
• Experience recruiting in LATAM and Philippines markets is highly preferred.
• Previous headhunting or recruitment firm experience is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised with strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

What we offer

• Initial 3‑month probationary engagement on a commission basis.
• Full‑time contract after successful probation with a base salary of AU$1,250 per month.
