Senior Project Manager

About the role

Globe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead mission‑critical initiatives, ensuring they are delivered in‑scope, on‑budget, and on‑time. The role operates within established PMO frameworks and provides regular updates to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and orchestrate designated projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.
• Apply PMO policies and collaborate with internal strategy, marketing, project management teams, and cross‑functional departments.
• Engage with external industry standards organizations, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain direct communication with senior management on project progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience; technology or data‑center experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in risk identification and mitigation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
