About the role
The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability. You will engage customers, promote products, and support the company’s merchandising and asset protection standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and acknowledge every customer, providing a friendly environment and solid product knowledge.
- Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements and ensure they are communicated to customers.
- Achieve sales targets by proactively following up on leads and conducting sales calls and on‑site presentations.
- Qualify leads, review client requirements and documentation, and ensure completeness.
- Record calls, leads, and closed deals accurately; prepare and maintain sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and provide accurate information.
- Safeguard company assets and support merchandising activities.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by managers or supervisors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum six months of experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and detail‑oriented.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
