Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager will lead the performance of assigned product categories across our retail channels, driving sales, profitability and optimal inventory levels. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product categories to meet sales, profit and inventory targets.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns in retail channels.
• Monitor sales performance, sell‑through rates and stock levels, identify issues and implement improvements.
• Optimize product assortment and SKU mix to enhance category performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports and deliver actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Highly adaptable, self‑motivated and passionate about e‑commerce.
• Strong sensitivity to data with the ability to analyse traffic, user and sales data.
