Restaurant Outlet Manager (Luxury F&B)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Outlet Manager to lead a high‑volume upscale or luxury dining venue. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining fine‑dining standards, and driving outlet profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a luxury restaurant, ensuring service meets Forbes/LQA standards.
• Motivate, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Manage labour costs, scheduling, and operational controls.
• Drive revenue through upselling, menu promotion, and guest engagement.
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence.
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and accurate restaurant reporting.
• Utilise POS systems for order processing, sales tracking, and financial analysis.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience managing a high‑volume upscale or luxury restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and fine‑dining service.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional, well‑presented, and service‑oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
