Remote Production Artist (Home Based)

About the role

We are looking for a Home‑Based Production Artist to join our creative team. You will work remotely to prepare, proof, and finalize print‑ready artwork for a variety of client projects, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and production standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑flight and review incoming art files for format, color, quality, sizing and legibility.
• Create accurate art proofs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, incorporating all required instructions.
• Set up print‑ready production files according to vendor specifications, including correct file type, size and color settings.
• Manage art requests via the @ease dashboard, trackers and email, maintaining priority and turnaround times (standard proofs within 24 hours).
• Interpret and apply client branding guidelines across all deliverables.
• Develop custom designs and layouts in collaboration with sales representatives and clients.
• Support virtual proof creation and leverage AI tools for graphic ideation.
• Submit licensing art proofs, track approval status and coordinate any required recreations or vector conversions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight or graveyard shifts aligned with Philippine time or US operating hours.
