Regulatory Pharmacist (2 years experience)

About the role

The Regulatory Pharmacist will manage vaccine logistics, ensure compliance with FDA regulations, and support the sales division with pharmacological expertise. This position requires hands‑on handling of vaccine inventory, licensing, and patient counseling.

Key responsibilities

• Accept incoming vaccine deliveries and monitor cold‑storage conditions.
• Track vaccine expiration dates, manage inventory movements, and conduct daily physical counts.
• Dispense vaccines, package and label according to sales invoices.
• Maintain accurate records, licensing documentation, and submit required regulatory reports.
• Assist in training sales staff on vaccine pharmacology and attend seminars for up‑to‑date knowledge.
• Renew licenses and permits in compliance with FDA rules.
• Dispense prescription medications, provide usage and side‑effect information to patients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a pharmacy or vaccine handling environment.
• Familiarity with FDA standards and pharmaceutical licensing processes.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory control and record‑keeping.
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and sales teams.
