About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Pasig City office and support high‑volume hiring for our international clients in the Australian resources sector. The role offers a competitive salary, a 15 000 PHP sign‑on bonus, and a regular Monday‑Friday morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end recruitment processes for large numbers of candidates.
• Track and maintain compliance documentation for all hires.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Communicate regularly with candidates, hiring managers, and international clients.
• Update and manage recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Schedule interviews and facilitate interview logistics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment administration or high‑volume hiring.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced office environment.
