Program Data Analyst

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Program Data Analyst to support evidence‑based decision‑making across its programme information systems. Based in Quezon City, the analyst will ensure high‑quality data management, governance and reporting for programmes that serve vulnerable children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data entry, validation and maintenance within the IMPAQ Platform.
• Conduct routine data quality checks, audits and reconciliation across the IMPAQ, CTRT and PNS/G systems.
• Establish and monitor data quality standards and governance processes for all programme databases.
• Collaborate with programme staff, system owners and developers to resolve issues, report bugs and implement system enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and regular reports that translate programme data into actionable insights.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase data accessibility and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple data systems in a humanitarian or NGO environment.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting data findings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the IMPAQ Platform.
• Familiarity with the CTRT System.
• Experience using the PNS/G System.
• Dashboard development and reporting.
• Data validation and quality assessment techniques.
