Product Support Officer

About the role

The Product Support Officer will act as the bridge between data‑driven insights and the customer‑facing brand experience, supporting product innovation and multi‑channel marketing within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate first‑level product and service strategies to grow the deposit portfolio.
• Design and execute data‑driven campaigns that improve acquisition and retention.
• Manage the end‑to‑end digital onboarding experience and monitor product performance.
• Provide branches with lead profiles, industry trends, and best‑practice guidance.
• Champion customer experience excellence across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Oversee customer portfolios, after‑sales support, and escalated issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development support, product management, or marketing.
• Experience in financial services (FinTech/Banking) or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a regulated environment with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in product marketing, digital strategy, and brand management.
• Understanding of advertising and marketing communications (MarCom).
• Familiarity with data‑driven decision‑making and digital onboarding workflows.
