About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our purchasing operations. The role is primarily remote, with an initial onsite training period, and is ideal for candidates based in Cebu.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Purchase Manager with purchasing‑related activities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Monitor deliveries and maintain up‑to‑date procurement records.
- Perform other procurement‑related tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
- Preferably based in Cebu.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
