Pharmacist – Aesthetic Medicine Specialist

About the role

The Pharmacist will ensure safe and effective preparation, dispensing, and management of medications used in aesthetic treatments. Working closely with physicians, aesthetic practitioners, and clients, the role combines pharmaceutical expertise with a focus on dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and regenerative medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate physician prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and legality.
• Detect and prevent therapeutic incompatibilities or adverse drug interactions.
• Prepare, compound, package, and label medications according to industry standards.
• Organize pharmacy operations, monitor stock levels, and maintain proper storage conditions.
• Manage inventory of specialized aesthetic products such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, and regenerative agents.
• Provide expert advice to clients and practitioners on medication use, side effects, and post‑treatment care.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, controlled substances, and high‑risk medications.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in professional development activities.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with a valid professional registration.
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatological, or cosmetic pharmacy is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of compounding and dispensing medications for aesthetic procedures.
• Excellent organizational and inventory‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
