Organizational Development Director – Quezon City (up to 400k)

About the role

The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead transformational initiatives for a retail‑focused company in Quezon City. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for shaping culture, improving employee engagement and aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute organization‑wide change programs that boost productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, culture and growth across all functions.
• Analyze workforce data and behavioral insights to inform talent and structure decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to align organizational design with commercial goals.
• Act as a change agent, guiding teams through restructuring, talent development and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in organizational development or change management within the retail sector.
• Strong background in behavioral psychology, organizational design and data‑driven decision making.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive company‑wide initiatives.
