Operations Support Analyst

About the role

The Operations Support Analyst ensures accurate reconciliation and monitoring of all booked investments within the Finacle Wealth Management System. The role supports middle‑office processes, liaises with wealth‑management product providers, and guarantees that client documentation is correct and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preparer and backup checker functions for all middle‑office processes.
• Coordinate daily reconciliation of transactions with wealth‑management product providers.
• Alert the frontline team to incomplete, missing, or incorrect transactions in the Finacle Wealth Management System.
• Follow up and escalate discrepancies to relevant personnel to achieve resolution.
• Verify mailing instructions, bank confirmation requests, and certification requests for accuracy, including client signature verification.
• Generate, print, and supervise the dispatch of client statements, ensuring timely delivery within defined TAT.
• Track documentary deficiency reports for mailing instructions and certification request forms.
• Escalate critical issues, long‑standing discrepancies, or potential regulatory concerns to the Operations Support Department Head.
• Participate in audit activities, submit recommendations, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a business‑related degree.
• Extensive knowledge of bank operations, products, and services.
• Experience in reconciliation work and exposure to customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Finacle Wealth Management System (FWMS).
