About the role

Join American Express Travel and Concierge Experiences as an Online Travel Chat Consultant, providing real‑time assistance to Card Members on the American Express Travel website. You will use your passion for travel and strong communication skills to deliver personalized solutions and create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with American Express Card Members via online chat to recommend tailored travel solutions.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through the American Express Travel website.
• Book domestic and international flights, hotels, and car rentals on behalf of members.
• Explain and help members maximise exclusive benefits and Membership Reward points.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a travel‑focused BPO environment (voice or chat) with CSAT/NPS metrics.
• At least 1 year experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to read customer tone.
• Proficient computer skills and comfort navigating several tools at once.
• Resilient, composed under pressure and a proactive problem‑solver.
