O&M Site Coordinator – Kalayaan 2 Wind Farm

About the role

We are seeking an O&M Site Coordinator to oversee the technical operations of the Kalayaan 2 wind farm in the Philippines once construction is completed. Reporting to the O&M Site Manager, you will ensure the plant runs safely, efficiently and in line with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with local regulations, ACCIONA policies and industry best practices, and promptly report any safety or environmental incidents.
• Support the Site Manager in managing O&M contracts (WTG, EBoP, CBoP), supervising maintenance activities and reviewing contractor performance reports.
• Analyse plant performance data, calculate KPIs (safety, availability, production, cost) and propose continuous‑improvement actions.
• Assist with spare‑parts procurement, inventory control and the upkeep of technical documentation.

Required profile

• TESDA‑certified in wind turbine maintenance (electrical qualification preferred) with at least 3 years of wind‑farm O&M experience.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to work onsite in a remote location.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and overall Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience using CMMS and corporate reporting tools.
• TESDA‑certified wind turbine maintenance knowledge.
