About the role
We are seeking a non‑voice call centre agent to join our team in Pasig City. The position is full‑time, on‑site and part of Caldwell Communications' customer service department. As a non‑voice agent you will work on pioneer, non‑voice, and easy accounts, providing support without the need for phone calls. No prior experience is required and the role can start immediately.
