Manager - SAP Finance + Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Finance professional with strong project management capabilities to lead our SAP implementation team. The role combines deep SAP FI/CO expertise with proven experience in delivering end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery teams through full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Engage with clients to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cloud deployment models, including RISE with SAP and SAP BTP.
• Ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of transformation programs.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, with at least three full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong project management background in SAP delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing is a plus.
