Manager Expert – Pre‑Sales and Solutions

About the role

The Manager Expert – Pre‑Sales and Solutions is responsible for leading major bids and opportunities within End‑User Services, driving business development and ensuring compliance with CGI’s Business Engineering Management Framework.

Key responsibilities

• Develop overall solutions for large‑scale bids and standardise tools and offerings.
• Build and maintain a knowledge repository of bid tools, best practices and case studies.
• Improve bid efficiency, write compelling proposals and collaborate with business units to create winning solutions.
• Expand Solution Architect expertise and contribute to the APAC Expert Enablement program.
• Support Delivery Directors during sales‑to‑delivery hand‑off and participate in Communities of Practice (e.g., Customer Experience, Intelligent Automation).
• Represent CGI Philippines in local industry forums and drive a strong pipeline of new business.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing profit & loss in a consulting environment with both sales and delivery focus.
• Proven record in strategic sales planning, pipeline development and closing complex IT consulting deals.
• Ability to challenge client assumptions, propose innovative solutions and position CGI as a market leader.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector procurement, digital transformation trends and executive‑level communication.
• Willingness to travel as needed; experience with large‑scale bids and service‑desk environments is preferred.
