Maintenance Manager – Batangas Plant

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability, excellence and continuous improvement at our fast‑growing Batangas plant. The role will oversee all maintenance activities, drive performance metrics and support the introduction of new production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive and corrective programmes.
• Drive OEE, MTBF and MTTR targets to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance and optimisation of critical equipment such as wire drawing, stranding/bunching and extrusion systems.
• Manage troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Champion Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute equipment installation, commissioning and ramp‑up for new lines.
• Administer CMMS platforms, maintenance planning and spare‑parts inventory.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, OEMs and vendors on technical upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering.
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in cable manufacturing (mandatory).
• Strong technical expertise in extrusion, wire drawing and stranding/bunching machinery.
• Demonstrated leadership of maintenance teams in a high‑volume plant.
• Willingness to be based in Batangas City, Philippines.
