Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimise our daily distribution network. You will act as the central link between internal supply‑chain teams, warehouse staff, transportation carriers and external 3PL partners, ensuring efficient inventory movement and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate daily distribution activities across warehouses, fulfillment centres and transportation channels.
• Oversee Over‑the‑Road (OTR) trucking operations, including load planning, carrier dispatch, shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Resolve shipment issues promptly to maintain service levels.
• Determine pricing strategies and prepare freight quotations based on customer requirements and cost considerations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, distribution centre operations, warehousing or broader supply‑chain functions.
• Ocean import/export experience preferred.
• Strong familiarity with end‑to‑end distribution processes, inventory management, transport regulations and freight management.
• Excellent multi‑tasking, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective English communication, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP.
