Kitchen Helper

About the role

Good Eats is looking for a motivated Kitchen Helper to join its Production & Commissary team. You will work closely with Commis 1 and Chef de Parties to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of food preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Support Commis 1 and Chef de Parties in daily kitchen tasks.
• Maintain hygienic work areas in line with company standards.
• Control food stock and monitor food costs within your section.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Uphold consistent quality and highest standards in food preparation.
• Collaborate with other sections to manage cleanliness, waste, and cost control.

Required profile

• High school graduate, vocational or college level education.
• At least 6 months of experience in a production or commissary environment, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic kitchen equipment operation.
