IT Support Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance to end‑users across multiple urgent‑care clinics and support offices during night hours. The role ensures workstations, EMR systems and user accounts operate smoothly while maintaining professional relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Modify configurations, utilities and default software settings on local workstations.
• Troubleshoot and support EMR applications.
• Document internal IT procedures and updates.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding, including account creation and termination.
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripherals and software.
• Maintain equipment, software and license inventory via Asset Tracking.
• Respond to user queries via phone, in‑person or ticketing system.
• Perform Active Directory maintenance and manage user access.
• Complete mandatory compliance training and uphold company IT standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer‑service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or help‑desk environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and follow IT policies.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
