IT Helpdesk - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

About the role

The IT Helpdesk – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist ensures that employees receive the right access to SaaS tools at the right time, supporting secure and efficient operations for a fast‑growing global SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user access requests and provisioning for SaaS applications such as Figma, Miro, Salesforce, Slack and similar tools.
• Provide first‑line IT helpdesk support for access‑related issues, troubleshooting and ticket resolution.
• Maintain accurate access records and ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
• Collaborate with global teams to support U.S. and European clients and handle low‑activity periods efficiently.
• Continuously learn and adopt new tools, updates, and processes to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, user access management, or IT administration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and managing user access.
• High attention to detail, disciplined process orientation, and reliable time management.
• Tech‑curious mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
