IT Administrator – Remote (Work From Home)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a proactive IT Administrator to join its remote team. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s technology platforms, ensuring security, and providing day‑to‑day technical support to staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access across systems such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Odoo and MYP.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT incidents for employees.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, subscriptions and ensure compliance.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes from an IT perspective.
• Monitor system performance, maintain internal websites and key resources, and escalate critical problems when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership and other stakeholders to meet operational technology needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related administrative role.
• Ability to work independently with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant qualification demonstrating competence in IT and administration.
