Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst – Risk Management

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a senior‑level Invoice to Cash Analyst to join its Risk Management team in Manila. The analyst will drive reporting excellence, data analytics, and digital transformation across the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain ASPAC I2C operational and management reporting, delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages.
• Develop, standardize and automate regional reports and dashboards using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Excel VBA.
• Analyze key I2C performance metrics such as DSO, overdue AR, and AR forecast accuracy, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with Credit Management, Collections, Cash Application, Deductions and Commercial teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Design and maintain automation tools (Power Platform, SAP scripting, SharePoint) and support rollout of new digital solutions.
• Lead reporting standardization initiatives and document business requirements and process workflows.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in finance reporting, analytics or Invoice‑to‑Cash processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with credit, collections and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
