Innovation Labs Associate

About the role

The Innovation Labs Associate supports the design and execution of innovative software solutions using agile, lean‑startup and other experimentation approaches. Working closely with the technical lead and innovation architect, the role bridges business requirements and technical delivery to ensure effective and productive experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of research and development software applications.
• Implement security and data‑protection measures within solution designs.
• Maintain code quality, integrity, and responsiveness of applications.
• Ensure proper use of technologies, tools, and techniques across the team.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts and prototype solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
• Monitor development progress and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with strategy and business leaders to design technical solutions that address business needs.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience leading digital transformation or innovation programs.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities to create original solutions.
• Excellent business communication skills.
