Industrial Designer / Visual Merchandising Specialist

About the role

The Industrial Designer / Visual Merchandising Specialist will collaborate across departments to create compelling in‑store displays, special promotions, and visual merchandising materials that are on‑brand and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with brand aesthetic and retail objectives.
• Create and update planograms for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal changes.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure displays meet brand standards, providing feedback and action plans.
• Manage visual merchandising inventory, including fixtures and marketing materials.
• Train retail teams on best practices for visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Design teams to develop creative in‑store displays.
• Optimize product placement, signage, and promotional displays to improve engagement and sales.
• Stay updated on global and local beauty retail trends to continuously improve the in‑store experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Fine Arts, or Multimedia.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present creative ideas clearly.
• Customer‑focused mindset and collaborative attitude.
