About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with the organization’s objectives. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting talent development across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture‑building programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Coach and advise managers on people management and leadership matters.
- Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions.
- Lead change‑management and organizational improvement projects.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts when necessary.
- Conduct investigations and recommend resolutions for employee concerns.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted HR advisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, Supervisor, or HRBP role.
- Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting operations, logistics, retail, manpower, or multi‑site environments is an advantage.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leaders at different levels.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Analytical ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
