About the role

The Hub Sorter position is a core part of UPS package handling operations, ensuring that parcels move efficiently through the hub. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, collaborating with a skilled team to maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Load and unload UPS packages from trailers and package cars.
  • Sort, scan, and stock packages throughout the hub.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move pallets and containers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following UPS handling procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors in a dynamic environment.

Required profile

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lb (32 kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts up to five days per week.
  • Basic reading ability to interpret postal codes.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety protocols.
  • Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
