Healthcare Cold Caller – Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a confident, results‑driven Healthcare Cold Caller to join our growing remote team. You will contact healthcare providers and medical offices, qualify leads, and support our sales pipeline while working from anywhere in Asia or Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Call healthcare providers and medical offices using an assigned Excel spreadsheet/database of doctors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine call scripts.
• Qualify leads, identify potential opportunities, and document call notes in Salesforce.
• Transfer qualified accounts to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain professionalism and meet daily/weekly call and qualification targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a professional American accent.
• Previous cold‑calling, appointment‑setting, or healthcare outreach experience is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with doctors' offices and healthcare professionals.
• Self‑motivated, organized, goal‑oriented, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
