Graphic Artist Officer – Food & Beverage

About the role

Fredley Group of Companies seeks a Graphic Artist Officer to lead the conceptualisation and execution of design projects that reinforce the visual identity of its food and beverage brands. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager to produce high‑quality graphics for both print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts aligned with brand strategy and organisational goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and accuracy.
• Study design briefs, define requirements, schedule projects and set budget constraints.
• Oversee timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Produce a variety of visual materials, including illustrations, logos, collaterals, and marketing assets.
• Prepare rough drafts, present ideas and refine designs based on feedback.
• Create marketing material for a wide range of products for both print and web publications.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and evolves with each brand’s identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Arts, Multimedia Design or related field.
• 2‑3 years of design experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative marketing designs.
• Team player with good online communication skills.
• Willingness to accept direction and make revisions after feedback.
