Full Stack Developer

About the role

You will build the interfaces people use to run a financial product, including dashboards, user management screens, and the UI for AI tools. The position is fully remote, working with a Philippines‑based team and UK management on a live fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user interfaces and dashboards for the internal web platform.
• Develop the front‑end for AI tools, handling result display and interaction.
• Own whole features end‑to‑end: UI, API endpoints, database schema changes, and scheduled data‑sync jobs.
• Write unit tests for both front‑end and back‑end code.
• Perform code reviews and contribute as both author and reviewer.
• Collaborate with AI tools, leveraging them where they add value.

Required profile

• 4+ years building production front‑ends with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with TailwindCSS or another utility‑first CSS approach.
• Proactive test writing and ability to decide what to test.
• Comfortable writing Python FastAPI endpoints and handling SQL schema changes.
• Strong Git discipline and clear pull‑request practices.
