Finance Expert – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Expert to support our financial planning, analysis and reporting functions. The role will involve analyzing data, preparing reports and providing insights that drive key business decisions while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Provide financial advice to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting and risk assessments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting processes, internal and external audits, and market research for growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related accounting field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance and financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience using QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
