Finance Analyst – APSC (Hybrid, Taguig)

About the role

Kenvue is seeking a Finance Analyst (APSC) to join its finance team in Taguig, Philippines. The role focuses on month‑end closing, balance‑sheet reconciliations, and analysis of operational P&L results for an assigned country or manufacturing site in the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with the Associate Finance Manager and collaborate with business partners across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end closing tasks and review work performed by third‑party providers.
• Prepare and analyze financial metrics such as Purchase Price Variance, Gross Profit, Slow‑Moving & Obsolete inventory, and Inventory in Transit.
• Perform Full Absorption Adjustments (FAA) and reconcile all balance‑sheet inventory‑related accounts, prepaid, and accrual clearing accounts.
• Support local finance in preparing operational P&L during business planning and budget updates.
• Assist in preparing documentation for external and internal audits.
• Liaise with business partners to resolve inventory‑related issues and respond to ad‑hoc queries.
• Provide inventory purchase information for hedging purposes to the regional treasury team.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing (food or non‑food), audit, or financial shared services.
• Strong teamwork and relationship‑building abilities.
• High level of autonomy with proven decision‑making and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for daily operations and stakeholder interaction.
