About the role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and support one of our growing telecom campaigns in the Philippines. The role is based on‑site in Alabang and focuses on overseeing day‑to‑day operations of a call‑centre environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all operational activities for the telecom campaign.
- Manage performance metrics, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement operational processes and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably within telecom or call‑centre services.
- Strong track record of managing large teams and delivering results.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
