About the role
Foundever is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and expand its telecom campaign at the Glorietta location in Makati. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day call‑centre activities, ensuring service quality, and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise all operational processes for the Glorietta telecom campaign.
- Lead a team of supervisors and agents, fostering performance and engagement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to align service delivery with expectations.
- Develop and enforce policies that ensure compliance and quality standards.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in call‑centre or telecom operations management.
- Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
