About the role

KMC Solutions is seeking a Director to lead strategic HR partnership and service delivery for its global clientele. In this senior role you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping workforce strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and high‑quality HR experiences across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR advisor, translating business objectives into scalable people solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing guidance on workforce and organizational challenges.
• Lead employee‑relations governance, ensuring compliant and defensible case management.
• Design organization structures and workforce plans that support scalability and efficiency.
• Advise on compensation strategies, rewards programs, and performance frameworks.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR service delivery, focusing on quality, speed, and employee experience.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and develop reporting dashboards.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing HR Business Partner and HR Services team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, client advisory, and HR operations.
• Proven track record in employee relations, organization design, and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting global or offshore operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
