Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII)

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager (PMII) to lead strategic digital initiatives within its Delivery Centre of Excellence. This role ensures that approved business investments are turned into valuable, usable digital capabilities that drive change and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital projects from validated intent through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness.
• Orchestrate cross‑disciplinary delivery across Business Analysis, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and external partners.
• Maintain project momentum by managing dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
• Enable business‑led change and adoption activities, integrating them into delivery plans and timelines.
• Support readiness planning, including communications, training, and operational transition.
• Serve as central coordination point for stakeholders, facilitating governance forums and providing transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading delivery of strategic digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional teams and coordinate with multiple technology functions.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management.
