Digital Marketing Technology Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing Technology Officer will support and supervise the technical side of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring data integrity and effective campaign execution. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape innovative growth strategies and enhance the marketing technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new business and marketing opportunities, developing consumer‑focused strategies and programs.
• Lead projects across digital marketing functions and map the current digital marketing landscape.
• Create landing pages and manage the technical execution of campaigns.
• Document marketing automation platform processes, programs, and procedures.
• Determine, build, and prioritize enhancements to marketing technology tools.
• Conduct marketing research and define business requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and report on overall campaign performance.
• Brainstorm innovative growth strategies with the team.
• Collaborate with other marketing verticals for the IMC program of NUSTAR Brand Marketing.

Required profile

• Experience of 1‑3 years in digital marketing technology or related fields.
• Ability to manage the lifecycle of marketing data, including rationalization, sourcing, standardization, integration, and integrity.
• Proficiency in platform and website development, SEO, SEM, and attribution modeling for campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in SQL, HTML, CSS, analytic modeling, and business intelligence.
• Hands‑on experience with website management, mobile app development, campaign management, and customer data integration.
• Familiarity with ad‑tech, chatbot development, community management, and project administration.
