About the role
Wells Fargo is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team that values ideas from every employee. In this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment you will support customers across multiple channels, providing empathetic assistance on financial products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, text, chat, video chat and other communication lines.
- Answer inquiries, resolve problems and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while following guidelines, policies and regulations.
- Navigate multiple computer systems to process requests and provide information.
- Follow direction from supervisors and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Collaborate with team members and interact with internal and external customers.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of customer service, financial services or contact‑center experience (or equivalent).
- Minimum of two years of college education completed.
- Ability to attend the full training period and work additional hours as needed.
- On‑site work at the posted location.
