About the role
Join Amazon’s award‑winning Technical Support team as a Customer Service Associate. You will provide friendly, solution‑focused assistance to customers in North America and the United Kingdom through phone, chat, and email.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
